Yemeni Pres. urges int''l community to aid Yemen

Yemeni President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi here on Saturday called on the international community and international humanitarian organizations to consolidate with his country and provide all types of aid in order to help it exit from current situation.

During his meeting with a delegation of the International Humanitarian Committee, Hadi called on the international community to supervise an economic strategy that is based on a five-year development plan, which would aid economic and agricultural sectors, as well as various development plans.

He pointed out that economic and security crises still represent the biggest challenge to the Yemeni government, adding that current economic crisis in Yemen represents about 75 percent of complications surrounding it.

Furthermore, the Yemeni President noted that there are about six million young Yemeni citizens, as well as hundreds of college graduates, who could not find job opportunities to this day.
